A Renewable Solar Energy Company is currently seeking a Credit Vetting to join their finance team. The primary function of this role is to conduct credit vetting for new and existing customers in line with the companys Credit Vetting policy. Additionally, the role involves managing debit order mandates and addressing queries and tickets related to customer banking details.As a Credit Vetting Agent you will responsible for the following:
- Perform credit vetting for new and existing customers.
- Detect and manage fraudulent applications.
- Adhere to the companys credit vetting policy.
- Implement credit risk management policies and principles.
- Handle queries and tickets related to debit order mandates.
- Address queries and tickets concerning customer banking details.
Matric/Grade 12 (Certificate required)
Credit Management certificate will be beneficial
Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position
Experience dealing with consumer and business type customers
