- Process and verify invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare and execute payment runs, ensuring timely payments to vendors.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date creditor records and files.
- Assist in month-end closing processes and financial reporting.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment issues.
- Monitor and track accounts payable aging reports.
- Proven experience as a Creditor or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and financial principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school or equivalent; relevant certification or degree is a plus.
