Creditors AdministratorLocation: Western Cape, City of Cape Town, RondeboschJob Type: Permanent, Full-TimePrimary Industry: Property and Real-estateSecondary Industry: AccountingSalary: ZAR18000 - ZAR20000 per monthJob Duties:

  • Processing and reconciling invoices from creditors
  • Managing supplier accounts and payments
  • Resolving any discrepancies in billing and payments
  • Preparing and processing payment runs
  • Maintaining accurate records of all transactions
  • Assisting with month-end closing activities related to creditors
Required Qualifications:
  • Grade 12
  • Relevant certificate / qualification in Accounting or Finance
Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in creditors administration within Property Management
  • Proven experience (at least 2 years)in creditors administration or a similar role (particularly within Property Management)
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practises
  • MRI / MDA experience is compulsory
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Proficiency in using MS Excel and accounting softwares, namely MRI and/or MDA (MRI will be advantageous)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of financial regulations and compliance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Organisational and time-management skills
