Job Description
DESCRIPTION/SYNOPSYS:
We require an experienced Creditors/Cashbook Clerk to join a reputable, established player in the advertising/digital/Media industry.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- National Diploma/ BTech / BCom Degree
- 5 years experience in an Accounts Payable/Creditors function
- Must have experience in the following:
- Processing of Cashbook transactions
- Managing petty cash
- Submission of VAT returns
- Processing of monthly payroll
- Submission of PAYE Returns
The accounts payable clerk roles are to take all financial functions of the companies, and these includes among others, Cashbook maintenance, Creditors recons, statutory compliance, payment allocations etc.
Monthly processing of creditors invoices and perform the following:
xc2xb7 Performing creditors reconciliation
xc2xb7 Preparing month end payment schedule for month end payments
xc2xb7 Attending to payment queries.
xc2xb7 Allocation of payment to supplier accounts.
xc2xb7 Maintenance of clean supplier age analysis
