Overview: My client, a leading name in the tile and home improvement industry, is looking for a dynamic Creditors Clerk to join their team.Job Requirements:xc2xb7 Capturing of Sundry orders, Purchase orders and GRNsxc2xb7 Complete Cash-Back applications and Cash-Back Cardsxc2xb7 Scanning of POD/POC onto Kerridgexc2xb7 Petty cash reconciliationxc2xb7 Reconciliation of petrol slipsxc2xb7 Reconciliation of courier accountsxc2xb7 Assisting with tile complaintsxc2xb7 Co-ordinating uniform orders for the branchxc2xb7 Checking invoices for outsourced labour staffxc2xb7 Ordering of goods (stationery, cleaning supplies, Bidvest products)xc2xb7 Maintaining Expense sheetxc2xb7 Maintaining Asset Registerxc2xb7 Batching, checking and processing of transporter documentsxc2xb7 Relief to Cashiers and Receptionxc2xb7 General AdministrationMinimum Criteria:xc2xb7 Matric (Maths and Accounting are essential)xc2xb7 At least 3 years experience in creditorsxc2xb7 Knowledge/experience working on a computerized accounting softwarexc2xb7 Numeracy skillsxc2xb7 Good communication skillsxc2xb7 Strong attention to detailxc2xb7 Available and able to work alternate weekends and public holidays
