This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a strong accounting background to join a dynamic finance team.DescriptionOur client, a prominent hotel group in central Durban, is recruiting a Creditors Clerk to manage all aspects of creditor transactions and ensure efficient and accurate payment processing. The ideal candidate will have strong numerical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a solid understanding of creditor management.You will be responsible for processing and reconciling supplier invoices, preparing payment runs, and maintaining good relationships with vendors to ensure smooth financial operations.Key Responsibilities:

• Process and verify supplier invoices.
• Reconcile creditor accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare and process payment runs.
• Maintain accurate creditor records and ensure timely payments.
• Liaise with suppliers regarding invoicing and payment queries.
• Assist with month-end closing and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.

• Proven experience as a Creditors Clerk or in a similar financial role.
• Strong numerical and reconciliation skills.
• Knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel proficiency is essential).
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Relevant qualification in accounting or finance is advantageous.
