NDC Personnel & Contractors has a Creditors Clerk position in the Western Cape for a meticulous finance professional keen on joining a real estate group.

Do you have a minimum of 3 years of experience in creditors, and are you someone who knows their way around financial records like the back of their hand? A Grade 12 certificate is a must, with Afrikaans and English fluency.

We need someone who can talk the talk and walk the walk, with strong written and verbal communication skills for smooth interactions with suppliers and internal teams!

Being an advanced user of Microsoft 365 is essential; youll be using it to manage financial records and make sure payments are spot on.

Integrity, honesty, and great interpersonal skills are key traits we value in our team members. We need someone who can juggle tasks effortlessly and prioritise to keep things running smoothly.

As the new Creditors Clerk, youll take charge of the full creditors function, ensuring that the accounts payable are managed flawlessly and that the creditors are paid accurately and promptly. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel will be your tools for navigating financial data effectively, so intermediate to advanced skills in these programs are a plus. Your knack for numbers and keen attention to detail will be essential for maintaining pristine financial records.
