Creditors Controller
Job Description
Job Summary A client in the agriculture community is looking for a Creditors Controller to join their head office in Cape Town Northern SuburbsThe successful candidate will be responsible for the full accounts payables function, at our administrative Head Office.Key responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the Executive Director. The successful candidate is required to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and work both independently and within a dynamic team environment. Attention to detail and accuracy, as well as working well under pressure and meeting deadlines are a must.
Creditors control:
- Oversee accounts payable cycle
- Invoice processing and verification
- Reconciliation of accounts
- Processing of weekly and monthly payments
- Completion of credit applications
- Supplier relationship management
- Month-end and year-end processing
- Compliance with company standards and policies
- Any other tasks as required by management
- 5 Yearsxe2x80x99 extensive accounts payable control experience
- Minimum Grade 12 school certificate
- Financial qualification will be advantageous
- Valid driverxe2x80x99s license and own transport in necessary
