• Grade 12 compulsory
• Completed / studying towards a bookkeeping qualification will be an advantage
• Minimum 3 years in a similar role
• Computer literate: MS Excel; Pastel and / or SAP

Duties and responsibilities:

• Process high volumes of work efficiently and accurately
• Perform strong reconciliations with extreme attention to detail
• Ensure adherence to deadlines and manage a high-stress environment
• Liaise professionally with internal and external clients
• Follow up on outstanding invoices, PODs, and credit notes
• Lead a team of 11 with strong problem-solving skills and leadership abilities
• Quickly learn and adapt to an in-house system, leveraging strong Excel skills and experience with Pastel or SAP

• Deadline-driven with strong problem-solving abilities
• Professional and positive attitude with a mature disposition
• Team player with strong understanding of stock and stock movements
