The CRM & Content Manager will spearhead the management of customer relationships by fostering engagement through our CRM platform. They will also supervise creating and dissemination compelling content across diverse channels. This multifaceted role melds technical expertise in CRM with innovative content strategy and development to amplify our brands visibility, bolster customer loyalty, and drive sales.
Responsibilities:
Hubspot / CRM Management
Serve as the in-house Hubspot expert.
Supervise day-to-day CRM platform operations, ensuring precise segmentation, data management, and analysis of customer interactions.
Formulate and execute CRM strategies to nurture the database and contacts, guiding them through the sales funnel to conversions and fostering repeat and referral business.
Monitor and analyze customer behavior to pinpoint trends and seize engagement and conversion opportunities.
Comprehend customer personas, visitor journeys, funnels, CTAs, intent, and segmentation.
Conduct regular feedback sessions with each Head of Department to provide insights on database marketing/newsletters.
Content Management
Implement the content strategy.
Develop a B2B content strategy to ensure brand coherence across divisions.
Issue one newsletter per division.
Report and take follow-up actions on all newsletters.
Formulate a video content strategy.
Brand & Website
Oversee travel awards.
Uphold brand guidelines to ensure design, newsletter, email, and guide alignment.
Manage website upkeep.
Requirements
Prior experience with Hubspot, including building automation, workflows, forms, and journeys.
Previous involvement in a digital content or marketing agency setting.
Proficiency in Canva, Asana, HubSpot (or similar CRM), Google Docs, Dropbox, WordPress / Webflow, with knowledge of Adobe Software being advantageous.
