Job Summary We are seeking an experienced CRM Dynamics BC Developer with strong expertise in Navision to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, customization, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) and Navision systems. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes and the ability to translate these into effective solutions using Microsoft Dynamics. What youxc3xa2xe2x82xacll do: Development customization: Design, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 Business Central and Navision to meet business requirements. Implement extensions, customizations, and modifications using AL language, C/AL, and C/SIDE. Create and maintain integration points between Dynamics BC and other business systems. System implementation: Lead or participate in the implementation of Dynamics 365 BC and Navision projects. Configure and deploy Dynamics BC solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs. Assist with data migration from legacy systems to Dynamics BC/Navision. Technical support: Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics BC and Navision users. Perform system upgrades, patches, and regular maintenance. Resolve system issues and optimize performance. Documentation training: Document technical specifications, procedures, and system configurations. Provide training and support to end-users on the functionalities of Dynamics BC and Navision. Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects. Your expertise: Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in developing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC). Proven experience with Navision (preferably in a development capacity). Experience in full-cycle ERP implementation projects. Technical skills: Proficiency in AL language, C/AL, and C/SIDE. Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 BC architecture and customization. Experience with data migration tools and techniques. Knowledge of SQL Server and relational database concepts. Familiarity with integration tools such as REST/SOAP web services. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Preferred qualifications: Experience with Power BI and other Microsoft tools. Familiarity with other Microsoft Dynamics modules (e.g., Dynamics CRM). Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate. Soft skills: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
