We have a terrific hybrid opportunity for a Junior to Mid-Weight CRM HTML Developer at a leading lifestyle concierge platform, based in Cape Town.You'll be responsible for building engaging mailers from scratch, segmenting data, and deploying email campaigns that inspire subscribers with content related to dining, entertainment, travel, and more. Your technical skills in HTML and CSS will be vital to the success of the team as you help troubleshoot email templates, QA colleagues' work, and ensure seamless campaign execution.If you're an HTML whiz with a flair for email marketing, ready to bring your skills to a global stage, this is the perfect role for you!Please note: This hybrid role based in Cape Town offers the flexibility of working both remotely and in-office (2 days per week), while being part of a supportive and innovative marketing team.Responsibilities

• Stand up meeting with the Content team to plan the day ahead
• Build emails
• Segment data
• Schedule and deploy emails
• QA colleagues' emails
• Identify and fix coding errors in email templates / email deliverability
• Design and build new modules in HTML

RequirementsThe successful candidate must have/be:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications
• Strong knowledge of email HTML and CSS
• You can fix bugs and troubleshoot email template HTML
• You can build interactive emails
• Good knowledge of modular and responsive HTML and CSS - you can build modules
• Solid knowledge of the following technology: Acoustic and other ESPs, Movable Ink, Litmus and other email testing software, and Tableau for reporting
• You can build modules
• Experience with LTR and RTL languages
• Acoustic or other ESP experience essential
• Understanding of email design
• Good problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and QA skills
• Be highly organised and efficient with time management
• Strong communication skills
