The hospitality arm of this renowned property developer is rapidly expanding, managing two buildings with three more to be incorporated by year-end. On track to oversee 200 units by 2025, the team aims to redefine hospitality management with ambitious expansion plans.What you will be doing:

• Oversee the implementation of a CRM platform, ensuring accurate segmentation, data management, and insightful analysis of customer interactions.

• Develop and implement dynamic CRM strategies to nurture contacts, guiding them through the sales funnel and converting them into loyal customers and referrals.

• Monitor and analyse customer behaviour to uncover trends and engagement opportunities.

• Gain a deep understanding of customer personas, visitor journeys, funnels, CTAs, intent, and segmentation.

• Provide regular feedback to the Head of Revenue, sharing insights on the performance of database marketing and newsletters.

• Engage in social media management, website content management, email marketing, and paid media to drive business growth.

What you need:

• A relevant tertiary qualification would be beneficial.

• Previous experience working in a digital content or marketing agency environment is advantageous.

• Experience working with Canva, Asana, Google Docs, Dropbox, WordPress / Webflow

• Experience with Adobe Software would be beneficial.

• Experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM) would be beneficial.
