Our Client in the Medical Devices industry is currently looking for a CRM Specialist, in Pretoria.Responsibilities:
Will focus on Customer Success to develop and coordinate full-funnel customer journey strategies and manage the implementation thereof on the relevant platforms.
Monitor and optimize journeys to achieve set KPI targets.
Actively support management to build out CRM strategies guided by market and competitor insights and historic performance.
Assist with general marketing administrative tasks and continually strive to optimize processes to work more seamlessly.
Customer Journey/CRM Management (20%):
Drive sales conversion and customer lifetime value through optimized customer journey management.
Manage email drip campaigns in Mailchimp and Marketing Cloud.
Customize and configure CRM marketing systems to meet organizational needs.
Set Email Marketing benchmarks and targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for implementation and optimization of customer journeys.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within the CRM platform.
Strategic Management and Support (25%):
Provide insights and support for strategic direction.
Assist in creating systems and structures to support the business.
Develop and execute CRM strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create personalized and targeted campaigns.
Data Tracking & Reporting (20%):
Use analytics tools to generate insights and reports on customer behaviour and engagement.
Provide regular reporting on email campaigns and customer journey performance.
Analyse customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Continuous Improvement 25%:
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in CRM.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization of CRM systems.
Ensure content is updated according to the latest assets.
Marketing Administration 5%:
Assist with overall digital marketing administration including finance requirements.
Ensure marketing folders are up to date and all files are saved in relevant folders. * QMS 5%:
Adhere to QMS guidelines, keep supporting documents updated, and keep processes relevant.
Requirements:
Matric.
Degree or Diploma (Communications/Marketing)
5+ years CRM experience.
Business to Consumer marketing experience.
Experience in international markets.
Expertise in customer journey strategy development, reporting, and implementation.
Knowledge in data analysis, customer journey insight generation, and optimizations.
Proficient in GA4, Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, and competitor analysis.
Remuneration:
R400 000 - R550 000 per annum plus 13th cheque, pension & risk benefit contribution.
