Your focus will be centered around boosting customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value, while reducing churn and identifying cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.You will manage subscription services for the APAC and ME databases and collaborate closely with CRM Tech, marketing and product managers. You will stay updated on industry trends and best practice and will manage and mentor CRM teams within the APAC+ME Division, providing support and guidance on campaign executions.What youll do
