Our commitment to safety, connectivity, and community makes Ithemba a trusted name in the real estate industry.Job purpose:To support internal and external customers by providing Customer Service and Administrative assistance for the CRM department.Key Responsibilities:Customer Service

  • Respond to tenant email and chat queries daily, resolving or escalating as needed.
  • Answer calls with the Ithemba CRM greeting, assist tenants, and escalate if necessary.
  • Help tenants in a hurry by drafting emails to relevant staff or hello@ithembaproperty.co.za.
  • Conduct a daily walk-through of the entrance and reception area to ensure cleanliness.
Administration
  • Assist tenants with payment arrangement applications
  • Assist tenants with notice to vacate applications
Qualifications and Experience:
  • NQF level 4 essential
  • 6 months experience in office reception or customer service or similar essential
