Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 10 years of experience as a Crushing Specialist (yellow metals) in the construction/mining industry.
Proficient knowledge of crushing equipment, systems, and processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols.
Willingness to travel to project sites as requiredxefxbbxbf

Responsibilities:.

Maintain crushing equipment on yellow metals in strict adherence to safety guidelines and manufacturer specifications.
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on crushing machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with project teams to understand crushing requirements and develop effective solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to crushing equipment promptly.
Train and mentor junior staff on proper crushing techniques and equipment operation.
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.
Keep accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and operational metrics.
Collaborate with procurement teams to source and evaluate crushing equipment suppliers.
