Job Description
Job Title: CSSD ManagerAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a CSSD Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the CSSD department, ensuring high standards in sterilisation processes and effective team management.Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with experience in operating theatre processes (scrubbing, flooring, anesthetic induction) or a qualification in decontamination/sterilization services
- Current registration with SANC
- Previous experience managing a CSSD department (advantageous)
- Flexibility with working hours
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Staff and conflict management experience
