2-3 years working experience in the customer service or sales industry

Prior industry related platform experience will be advantageous

Key responsibility
Provide activation and sale closure support through creation, engagement and lead management of clients digitally, telephonically and on the CRM
Ensure a competitive culture in which every customer demographic is included
Lead creation and activation, research and develop in collaboration with marketing to set up specific content that drives generation across the group
Ensure all leads qualified from social media platforms, WhatsApp, website etc for lead generation
Superior client engagement digitally over the phone (telephone etiquette) and face to face measured by call recordings and client feedback
Complete applications from leads generated
Assist the marketing team identify monthly activations to drive leads aligned to the brands onsite and in our catchment areas
Customer satisfactions calls on survey after the customer experience executives are complete with the full process and the customer has received their license and registration
Reporting on CI that is fed to Lead Manager and Sales Manager to improve service and retention
