Job Description
Promote and sells products/services on behalf of call centre clients; meets and exceeds sales quotas and goals.
More experienced Advisors may coach others and support the resolution of escalated complaints in accordance with
business, policy and legal
requirementsJob title: Customer Advisor:Handling contacts via live Internet chat and other real-time Internet applications, e-mail or phone calls and performing data entry to maintain and update customer databases.
Ensuring sales are regulatory compliant; adhering to prepared selling scripts and where a customer is a retention risk this is appropriately manged to retain the customer..
Promoting and selling the products and services of a client company, with a focus on customer retention and satisfaction;
Investigating and resolving any complaints
