Position OverviewWe are seeking proactive and diligent individuals to join our Customer Care team in two distinct departments: Sales and Acquisitions. The roles entail following structured workflows and engaging with clients through various channels including phone, email, and social media. Successful candidates will collaborate closely with sales teams, ensuring seamless coordination to convert leads and deliver exceptional customer service. Real-time responsiveness and adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs) are paramount in both roles.
Specific Role Responsibilities

  • Efficiently follow workflow processes and procedures
  • Engage with customers via phone, email, and social media platforms
  • Filter and convert leads to optimize sales or acquisitions opportunities
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients to foster brand trust
  • Coordinate internally to support sales efforts and secure deals
  • Manage leads in real-time to meet performance targets
Qualifications and Experience
  • 2 years of prior experience in a customer service role involving telephonic communications
  • Valid drivers license and/or reliable transport
  • Clean criminal record
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans (spoken and written); additional language proficiency is advantageous
  • Proficiency in modern technology and systems
  • Strong customer service aptitude
  • Knowledge of cars is beneficial but not mandatory for the role
Skills and Personal Attributes Compensation and Benefits
  • R110 000 CTC Per Annum (Provident Fund Included)
  • Business Incentive Scheme in addition
  • Permanent Contract
Working Hours
  • Operational Roles are required to work a six-day (45 hour) week which includes Saturdays
  • Monday to Friday - 08:00 to 17:00
  • Saturdays - 09:00 to 13:00
  • Public holidays will be worked as scheduled (on rotation)
  • 09:00 to 13:00
