Develop the customer experience blueprint for the business and per brand aligned to CI
Develop and implement budgets, systems and process to drive service
Develop and implement controls, monitoring and support mechanisms in the business
Monthly reporting to the executive team
Effective Supplier Management with proper SLAs in place
Succession planning and Management
Minimum Qualification
Tertiary Qualification would be beneficial
Relevant certifications as needed in a dealership environment
Previous experience in the automotive industry
Good knowledge of cars
Ability to effectively manage 6 car deliveries per day
Experience Must have at least 3 years of senior management experience operating service at a business levelSkills Synopsis
