Job Description


A well known Automotive Dealership in Johannesburg North is looking for a Customer Experience Team Leader To join their team.Duties:

  • Ensuring the showroom floor customer experience is at its optimal through daily and weekly checks.
  • Ensuring that all vehicles are in prestine condition and all quality checks are administered on vehicles to ensure they are floor ready.
  • Monitoring the delivery board, customer care Whatsapp groups and delivery emails to ensure all logistics for deliveries or car movement prepped timeoulsy.
  • Meet and greet the clients and ensure that all customers are treated professionally.
  • Manage the client experience of the delivery with the hostesses and sales teams onsite.
  • Quality check all vehicles for delivery and ensure merchandise and permits sorted.
  • Handover of vehicles to customers explaining of functions and specifications and offering test drives.
  • License and Registration administration: Ensure Natis processes managed in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate drivers for the success for the showroom floors - use tracker, autobid and whatsapp groups.
  • Daily catch up with sales and workshop to ensure seamless delivery and movement of vehicles.
  • Weekly progress meetings with your teams to ensure excellence.
