If you have gained at least 7 - 10 years' working experience with Customer Journey role, in the marketing segment, of which 3 - 5 years' have been in a Managerial role, please read further.We have a permanent role available towards Sandton for one of the TOP banks in S.A.:Responsibilities will include: Implementation of the customer experience strategy - Marketing and Brand managementEvaluate and manage all customer initiativesFocus on process improvement to optimise customer journeyStrategy implementationProvide advice to customersDevelop data driven key performance metricsData monitoring Identify opportunitiesCustomer journey mappingStreamline processesOffer training to the marketing communityNon-negotiables:Marketing degreeCustomer experience certificateNo less than 7 years' experience, 3-5 years' within Management roleShould be strategicBusiness acumenFinancial acumenCustomer centricExcellent communicationAnalyticalClear criminal and fraud and credit checksGreat track record
