Hire Resolve is currently partnering with a leading electronics company in KwaZulu-Natal to recruit a Customer Relations Manager. As a Customer Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing customer relationships, ensuring their satisfaction with products and services, and driving customer loyalty.You will serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving any issues, and providing exceptional customer service. In addition, you will collaborate with internal teams to coordinate customer projects, monitor customer satisfaction levels, and develop strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty.Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers
• Ensure excellent customer service standards are met and maintained
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
• Proactively identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
• Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty
• Prepare and present reports on customer performance and satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience as a Customer Relations Manager or similar role in the electronic industry
• Knowledge of electronic products and technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Proficient in MS Office suite
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with internal stakeholders
