Customer Service AdministratorMID524Location: Beaconvale, Cape TownURGENT POSITION!!Job Summary:We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator with experience in the manufacturing or production industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, quotations, and order progress while coordinating with production and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.Key Responsibilities:Manage customer inquiries, quotations, and orders.Coordinate with production with scheduling, capacity, and urgent orders.Monitor stock levels and liaise with suppliers for outsourced work.Prepare and manage work orders, invoices, and delivery documentation.Ensure customers receive regular updates on order progressRequirements:3-5 years of experience in a customer service/admin role within manufacturing/production.Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Ability to read technical drawings (advantageous).Proficiency in computer systems and basic accounting (quotes, invoices, credit notes).Kindly send detailed CV, Certificates, ID Copy to cv@midvaalrecruitment.co.zaUse reference number MID524 in email subject line.
