We are collaborating with a prestigious UK client to find a Customer Service Advisor based in Sandton. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their needs are met efficiently.The ideal candidate will:
-Have 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
-Be fluent in English, enabling effective communication with our diverse clientele.
-Have experience with ticketing systems such as Zendesk, or show a strong willingness to learn quickly.
-Be willing to work in-office in Sandton during UK hours, including night shifts.
- Exhibit self-management skills, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
-Apply common sense and logical problem-solving skills to handle a high volume of phone calls throughout the day.
-Be ready to commit to an interview, complete assessments and psychometric testing.
