Responsibilities Include:
Daily Order Check
Ensure telephones are manned effectively and calls are answered with correct telephone etiquette.
Attend to all customer queries relating to orders
Constantly monitor open sales orders and action as required
Convert sales quote to sales orders as required
Initiate query with finance for on hold accounts that have placed orders.
Requirements and Experience:
Grade 12 Essential
Minimum 1 Year Call Centre Experience
PC Proficient (MS office suite: word, excel, presentation / Google office suit and email)
Communication skills - written & verbal
Customer relationship skills
Problem solving abilities
