We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our team in the retail industry. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and resolving any issues they may have. As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with our clientele. Responsibilities Provide friendly and professional service to customers, either in-person, over the phone, or through electronic communication channels Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and complaints, striving to achieve resolution in a timely manner Maintain product knowledge to answer customer questions and make appropriate recommendations Collaborate with fellow team members and improve processes Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services, staying up to date with new releases and promotions
