Essential experience in the Medical Dental Industry.
Prior experience in Customer Service.
Sales background is preferred.
Must have 6-12 months of contact center experience or equivalent in high-end retail.
International BPO experience is advantageous.:Efficiently manage time during customer contacts while maintaining quality objectives.
Demonstrate active listening or reading skills, along with disposition, kindness, empathy, enthusiasm, patience, and the willingness to go the extra mile for end-user satisfaction.
