Calling All Contact Center Agents:We are seeking dedicated contact center agents for a night shift role in a US campaign that deals with deliveries.Requirements:

  • Experience in an international campaign (essential).
  • Experience in a delivery campaign (advantageous).
  • Customer-centric approach.
  • Experience in Customer Service.
  • Experience in Sales.
  • 6-12 months of contact center experience or high-end retail experience.
  • International BPO experience is advantageous.
:
  • Manage time efficiently while maintaining quality objectives.
  • Demonstrate active listening, disposition, kindness, empathy, enthusiasm, patience, and a commitment to adding value in each contact.
  • Resolve issues on the first contact when possible and escalate assertively when necessary.
  • Use common sense and critical thinking.
  • Adhere to defined procedures and correctly use work tools.
  • Commit to continuous improvement and timely execution of agreed-upon improvement actions.
  • Comply with company and client security and confidentiality policies.
  • Report any incidents or issues affecting your ability to perform your duties immediately to your supervisor.
  • Report any incidents that threaten the safety of staff, clients, or the company immediately to your supervisor or management team.
  • Perform any other tasks as requested by your immediate supervisor.
