CUSTOMER SERVICE CONSULTANT
Location: Gauteng
Contract Term: 05 May 2025 - 28 February 2026One of our leading automotive client based in Gauteng is looking to hire a Customer Service Consultant to join their team on a Fixed Term Contract.ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
SAP, PowerPoint, Excel, Organisational skills, Diary management, Communication Skills, Business Writing SkillsADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
Premium customer services in an automotive environment.
Minimum of 3 years working experience within the Motor Industry
Minimum of 2 years in an Aftersales position at BMW SA or dealer level mandatory
Minimum of 2 years in a call centre environment
Ability to communicate and interact across all organisational levels
Flexibility by taking on ad hoc tasks
quick learner
Good discipline to ensure tasks will be completed on time
Operating independently and on own initiative within the field of responsibility
Pleasant, approachable disposition
Organising and regular follow ups
Business writing skills in general business correspondenceWHICH QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE DO WE NEED FOR THE ROLE?
Knowledge of the CPA, POPIA and TCF.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
