We currently have an opportunity for a suitably qualified and experienced Customer Service Coordinator to form part of our dynamic team. The successful candidate must be able to manage and integrate into a high paced environment with a strong Manufacturing background.
Main Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
Customer Service
Thorough knowledge of customer service principles and practices in after sales.
Ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution to provide satisfactory solutions to customer issues.
Organizational and Multitasking Abilities:
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple customer inquiries and tasks simultaneously.
Ability to prioritize and respond to customer requests in a timely manner.
Detail-oriented approach to ensure accurate and thorough documentation of customer interactions and issue resolution.
Teamwork and Collaboration:
Capability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, such as sales, operations, engineering and on-site technicians, to address customer needs.
Willingness to assist colleagues and share knowledge to enhance overall customer service performance.
Technology Proficiency:
Comfort with using various computer systems, software applications, and online tools.
Proficiency in using standard office software, such as word processing, spreadsheets, and email.
Proficiency in Microsoft NAV will be advantageous
Adaptability and Resilience:
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing customer demands and priorities.
Resilience to handle stressful situations and maintain composure while resolving customer related issues.
Knowledge of Products or Services:
Depending on the industry, familiarity with the company's products or services is often preferred to provide accurate information and support to customers.
Knowledge and experience in Lighting industry will be advantageous
Despatch:
Manage dispatch dept as to timeous delivery of SO's and general discipline and following all rules
Ensure Stock for dispatch is ordered timeously
Inspect consumption on completed orders
Ensure that drivers are optimised correctly
Make sure that all rules are adhered to pertaining to vehicle control
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 or equivalent
Efficiency in NAV and Monday.com will be advantageous
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Strong active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns.
Empathy and patience in dealing with challenging or irate customers.
Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while resolving customer issues.
