Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Processing orders, handling correspondence, and selling products/services.
  • Managing customer queries and processing returned goods.
  • Stock counting and assisting in the warehouse.
  • Collaborating closely with the Sales Manager/Technical Advisor regarding pricing for East Africa.
  • Ensuring fast turnaround times for customer feedback.
  • Proactively engaging with internal departments to provide product alternatives due to stock availability.
POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:
  • Education: Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel
  • Language Skills: Excellent communication in Afrikaans and English
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in a marketing/sales/customer service environment
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience with shipping into Africa, including documentation requirements
  • Regional Experience: SADC or East Africa experience required
  • Software Proficiency: SAP working knowledge
  • Preferred Skills: Experience with irrigation products
