Job Description
SUMMARY:Key Competencies:

- Processing orders, handling correspondence, and selling products/services.
- Managing customer queries and processing returned goods.
- Stock counting and assisting in the warehouse.
- Collaborating closely with the Sales Manager/Technical Advisor regarding pricing for East Africa.
- Ensuring fast turnaround times for customer feedback.
- Proactively engaging with internal departments to provide product alternatives due to stock availability.
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: Grade 12 (Matric)
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel
- Language Skills: Excellent communication in Afrikaans and English
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in a marketing/sales/customer service environment
- Industry Knowledge: Experience with shipping into Africa, including documentation requirements
- Regional Experience: SADC or East Africa experience required
- Software Proficiency: SAP working knowledge
- Preferred Skills: Experience with irrigation products
