Job Description


DUTIES:

  • Establish strong trusting relationships with customers and Sales staff
  • Attending to telephone calls and recording verbal orders
  • Capture orders onto SAGE received via email, reply, portals and telephone
  • Attend to counter customers and order processing
  • Invoicing picked orders and collating route supporting documents
  • Cross border invoicing and required supporting documents
  • Capturing stock exception report
  • Putting together an organized accurate document pack for head office and sending on time
  • Provide sales and customer support to the external sales team
  • Attend to adhoc admin tasks
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & KEY SKILLS
  • Minimum 2-3 year experience in an internal customer service position
  • A high school matric qualification
  • Vehicle license and own vehicle
  • Good understanding and working knowledge of SAGE, excel, outlook and word.
  • Display a positive solutions based mindset
  • Well presentable with excellent mannerisms
  • Strong communications skills written and verbal
  • High EQ and self esteem
  • Good Organizational and administration skills
  • Strong ability to grow and develop product knowledge skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and teamwork mindset
  • Take care in maintaining your personal appearance
  • High levels of accuracy
  • Manage varied work load to ensure task are always up to date
