- Computer Literate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent listening and questioning skills
- Ability to interact confidently with clients
- Organized and focused
- Technically minded
- Problem solving skills
- Experience in a call centre environment
- Ability to work UK hours
- Customer service experience
- Previous leadership experience - previously a 2IC, Team Leader, Manager
- Preferably with knowledge of UK Estate Agencies
- Minimum of 3 years customer service experience within a contact centre environment
- Neutral accent and fully proficient in the English language
- Reliable transportation to Mount Edgecombe
- Excellent telephone and email etiquette
- The ability to communicate with customers
- Attention to detail and accuracy
