  • Experience in a call centre environment
Requirements
  • Ability to work UK hours
  • Customer service experience
  • Previous leadership experience - previously a 2IC, Team Leader, Manager
  • Preferably with knowledge of UK Estate Agencies
  • Minimum of 3 years customer service experience within a contact centre environment
  • Neutral accent and fully proficient in the English language
  • Reliable transportation to Mount Edgecombe
  • Excellent telephone and email etiquette
  • The ability to communicate with customers
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
