Job Summary . Your role entails effective communication with senior management, overseeing daily team activities, managing projects and budgets, and compliance with safety regulations. Qualifications: Matric essential Preferably a technical qualification or Trade test (Mechanical or Electrical) Experience and Skills: 5 years in a fuel oil/combustion environment essential Over 3 years of combustion-related experience preferable Must be mechanically minded, technically strong and able to troubleshoot. Must have a good conceptual understanding of reticulation systems (thermal attributes and flow dynamics). MS Office and Auto Cad / Draft site expertise would be highly advantageous Good interaction with senior management (internal & external). Good communicator (written & verbal). Valid drivers licence and own reliable transport. Roles & Responsibilities: Communicate daily with the Sales Manager to maintain common objectives. Liaise with customers, suppliers, and local authorities. Manage the day-to-day customer service team activities. Project manage maintenance, new installations, system upgrades and breakdowns. Generate and follow budgets (capex and maintenance). Manage employee payroll input: leave, overtime, expenses, and timekeeping. Manage Company vehicles: Logbooks, daily use, and maintenance requirements. Manage customer services workshop facilities. Ordering spares. Follow SANS guidelines. Compile, maintain and submit Safety Files.
