Company DescriptionNIQ Customer Success is a modern service team transforming the way we serve our clients by introducing new and updated tools and platforms that help us to provide effective client servicing quickly and easily. Our team is the key link between NIQ and our FMCG manufacturer clients and we are responsible for maintaining and developing effective client partnerships.In this role you will execute against specific client support related activities, compiling, analysing, and interpreting sales data, writing client reports, and constructing presentations.Key Accountabilities

  • Work with day to day contacts at the client
  • Resolve client inquiries related to databases and other key aspects that impact client deliverables and liaise with internal teams as necessary
  • Understand NielsenIQ tools and solutions
  • Analyze and interpret sales data
  • Deliver final reports and presentations
Required Skills
  • Client service skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills & visualization skills - interested in storytelling techniques
  • Knowledge with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong Organizational & interpersonal skills
  • Strong Business English knowledge, both verbal and written
Education & Experience Requirements:
  • University degree
  • Strong analytical mind and excellent numerical skills
