Job Description


Our client in the Digital Marketing industry is currently looking for a Customer Success Manager, in Cape Town, Western Cape.Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture strong client relationships, promoting seamless collaboration for effective plan execution.
  • Identify client needs, goals, and challenges, customizing solutions to fit their unique requirements.
  • Create and execute strategic media plans based on client input and market research.
  • Process and synthesize key information to support campaign planning and implementation.
  • Conduct audience research, analyse data, and leverage technology to enhance communication and campaign outcomes.
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding for new clients, ensuring they understand products and services.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, prioritizing satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Develop and propose innovative media solutions to drive client success.
  • Interpret and analyse data to refine campaigns and guide strategic decisions.
  • Work cross-functionally within the organization to ensure cohesive support.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the media landscape, delivering well-informed strategies and proactive recommendations.
  • Address client concerns promptly while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in client relationship management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • Must have retail experience, non-negotiable
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong relationship-building abilities with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and understanding of business processes and client needs.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the customer journey, CRM systems, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
  • Proficient in leveraging analytics tools for audience segmentation, targeting, and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in optimizing paid media campaigns and managing budgets to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • Skilled in data visualization, statistical analysis, and developing integrated marketing strategies.
  • Experience in conducting competitive analysis and staying up to date with industry trends.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Remuneration:
  • R35 000 R40 000 per month.
