Role Overview





We're looking for a customer success manager to take ownership of client relationships for a UK-based email marketing agency that works with e-commerce brands. In this role, you'll be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met, their accounts are running smoothly, and any issues are flagged before they become roadblocks.



You'll handle client communication through calls and Slack, track ongoing projects, and work closely with internal teams to make sure tasks are completed on time. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and an excellent communicator -someone who can anticipate client needs, manage expectations, and drive solutions without waiting for direction.



What You'll Do




Manage client relationships by taking calls, responding to Slack messages, and keeping clients updated Ensure smooth operations by tracking client accounts, anticipating potential issues, and taking action before problems arise Act as the link between clients and the team by clearly communicating client needs and making sure they are addressed Schedule and run check-in meetings to keep communication structured and ensure alignment Proactively follow up on outstanding tasks without waiting for instructions to keep workflows on track


What We're Looking For




3 to 5 years of experience in a client-facing role Klaviyo account management experience is required Proficiency in Slack and ClickUp or similar project management tools Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to anticipate challenges and solve problems before they escalate Energetic and motivated, with a client-first mindset
