Certified by the Top Employer Institute 2024.Role Purpose/Business Unit:As a Senior Specialist Commercial and analytical management, you will be responsible for end-to-end management of all the CVM Cross Sell features and products. You will be required to, on a daily basis, analyse detailed trends and diagnostics to ensure nominal functioning and identify enhancement opportunities in support of overall commercial objectives including revenue, subscriber activity and engagement. In addition to managing day-to-day operations, you will be responsible managing the roadmap of features and enhancements.Your responsibilities will include:

• End-to-end ownership of Cross Sell products and including revenue generated.
• Conceptualise, document and deliver new enhancements.
• Manage the commercial & technical roadmap.
• Provide periodic feedback on the performance of Cross-Sell products in the form of high-quality PowerPoint presentations to exco
• Review, analyse and evaluate success of initiatives against key KPIs.

• Matric essential and
• A relevant 3 year degree or equivalent in BSc, BCom, Engineering, Actuarial sciences, IT, etc.
• A minimum of 5 years relevant experience essential.
• Minimum of 5-7 years relevant working experience in CVM, Direct Marketing, Personalisation, cross- and up-sell, machine learning, data science or related field.

Core competencies, knowledge, and experience:

• Moderate technical skills including SQL.
• Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and statistics.
• Ability to learn new skills in a short space of time with minimal supervision.
• Excellent commercial acumen.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent Excel and Powerpoint presentation skills.
• Team player.
