A tertiary qualification or diploma is preferred but not essential.
Previous internal or customer services sales experience working within the property brokerage/commercial real estate/rental office flexible property space or hospitality markets and or related industry is preferred but not essential.
Previous experience having worked on SalesForce is preferred but not essential.
Must have excellent communication skills.
Must be computer literate and have good MS Office skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Liaising with customers and providing them with information regarding suitable office space they would be wanting to acquire.
Working across all divisions and markets to ensure that tenants find their dream office space.
Covering inbound and outbound business opportunities.
Creating sales pipelines and responding to leads.
Preparing quotations and discussing pricing with clients.
Building and maintaining relationships with tenants, workspace managers, landlords and property owners.
Growing new markets by obtaining new workspaces, properties and listings onboard.
Salary package, including benefits, is highly negotiable depending on experience gained.
