Job Summary Role:
At the company, our client takes a user-centered and iterative approach to digital product design to ensure the best experiences for their customers across their journeys. This means the company steps into the shoes of their customers, to understand how they interact with them digitally and what they expect from the company products and services.As a content designer for the company, youll be expected to be the objective voice of the companys customers and always put their needs first when it comes to designing brilliant content. Youll be responsible for helping users step through their journeys and find the information they need in the simplest, smartest way possible. Working in agile teams, youll influence and own the user journey for a product, service or offer.Youll be creating, updating, and reviewing content around the user journey and will be adept at using evidence, data, and research to inform decisions and change things for the better. As an already active member of the content design community, youll stand up for best practice and for the companys users. Youll be enthusiastic about promoting a user-centered way of working within the department and beyond. Your capacity for feedback - both giving and receiving - will be infinite.Responsibilities:
