Minimum Requirements:

BSc Computer Science Degree or Diploma (NQF 7) equivalent.
Minimum of 3 - 5 years' experience as a Systems Administrator, Systems Engineer or Network Engineer (both on-premises and cloud) (advantageous).
Experienced in enterprise network architectures.
Experience in SOC, both Defensive and Offensive security engineering.
Familiarity with Infrastructure Monitoring, Orchestration, and SIEM tools and systems.
Proficiency in industry standards (ISO27001, NIST, CIS, and Mitre Attack) with implementation experience.
Networking architecture and system administration.
Firewall Certifications.
Azure or AWS experience, MSCE/CCNA, Security+, CEH, CISA, CASP, CISSP, OSCP (advantageous)
Exposure to industries like mining, finance, or telecommunications (advantageous).
