- Fluency in English and Albanian required.
- Bachelors degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Masters preferred). 4 years additional work experience may be presented in substitute for a bachelors degree.
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering projects.
- Proficiency in risk management, network security, and incident response.
- Familiarity with international data privacy and cybersecurity laws and standards (GDPR, ISO27001, NIST, CIS Controls etc).
- Experience working across both information technology and operational technology is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple discrete projects with varying timelines and security requirements.
- Strong cross-cultural communication skills and the ability to work effectively in diverse teams.
- This is a client-facing position, and the ability to quickly build trusted relationships is essential.
