Manage projects across our program, from policy development and training to threat hunting and tech selection. This is your chance to growover 2 years, you'll evolve into a junior technical lead, helping clients choose, implement, and configure cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions.Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Albanian required.
- Bachelors degree in Project Management, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 4 years additional work experience may be presented in substitute for a bachelors degree.
- 5+ years of project management experience of cybersecurity initiatives.
- Experience managing complex projects in a resource constrained environment to budget and deadlines.
- Proficiency in risk management, network security, and incident response.
- Familiarity with international data privacy and cybersecurity laws and standards (GDPR, ISO27001, NIST, CIS Controls etc).
- Ability to manage multiple discrete projects with varying timelines and security requirements.
- Strong cross-cultural communication skills and the ability to work effectively in diverse teams.
- This is a client-facing position, and the ability to quickly build trusted relationships is essential.
