Position Overview:
As a Cybersecurity Specialist, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our systems and data from potential cyber threats. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the field of Cybersecurity, demonstrating a deep understanding of the evolving threat landscape and a proactive approach to implementing effective security measures.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage security measures to protect the organization's computer systems and networks.
• Conduct regular security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of security measures into the development and maintenance of systems.
• Monitor and analyze security alerts, incidents, and reports to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in cyber threats, security technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of proven work experience in the field of Cybersecurity.
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of security principles and technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, antivirus, and encryption.
• Experience with security assessment tools and methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when necessary.
