Job Description

- Refine, analyze, and interpret structured datasets to generate actionable insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with IT teams to define specifications for automating essential reports
- Engage with business teams to comprehend the products and processes under analysis
- Investigate data integrity issues alongside the wider team and propose viable solutions
- Communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, offering recommendations for strategic action
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven solutions and strategies
- Establish and implement data validation protocols to ensure the accuracy and completeness of datasets
- Honours degree in Mathematics, Statistics or Applied Mathematics
- 4 - 6 years work experience in data analysis and/or related area
- Proficiency in traditional tools (i.e. Excel and SQL)
- Experience in Life Insurance is advantageous
- Exceptional numerical and technical aptitude
