What we're looking for:

1xe2x80x934 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in a data-driven or financial role
A degree in Actuarial Science, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or Accounting
An exceptional academic record xe2x80x93 minimum 70% GPA average from a top-tier South African university
Strong SQL and Excel skills; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and Python or R is advantageous
A structured thinker who can turn complex data into actionable financial insights.

The offer:

A USD-denominated monthly salary based on your qualifications, skills and experience ($2,500 xe2x80x93 $4,000)
Annual cash bonus of up to 60% of base salary, based on personal and company performance
Eligibility to join ESOP after 12 months, dependent on performance
Cape Town-based role with a hybrid working model xe2x80x93 spend a minimum of 50% of your time at the V&A Waterfront office, with flexibility on days and hours
