FTC/ICWe are seeking a highly analytical and data-driven individual to join our team as a Data Analyst. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting data-driven decision-making across various departments, enhancing academic and operational performance.Qualifications and Experience:

• A degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within the higher education sector.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS, SAS, R, Python) and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and report on student throughput rates, identifying trends to optimize student success and graduation rates.
• Provide detailed analysis of exam board statistics, including course breakdowns and identification of top achievers.
• Evaluate the performance of individual courses and academic programs, offering insights for curriculum enhancement and strategic planning.
• Monitor and analyze student engagement and retention rates, recommending strategies to improve retention.
• Conduct quality assurance analytics to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Support financial planning and budgeting through tuition revenue forecasting and cost analysis.
• Provide data-driven insights to various departments to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
